[Recipe] Mac n' Cheese

Haiii... kali ini aku mau share sesuatu yang beda nih, yaitu resep Mac n' Cheese ! Salah satu masakan andalanku karena simpel, bikinnya gampang, cocok untuk segala umur dan para cheeselover ♡

Bahan :

Btw, aku ga pernah pake takaran jadi ini hanya perkiraan aja yah... *sori sebut merk ^^;

- 1 mangkok macaroni (boleh pake jenis lain, aku biasanya pake fusili)

- 30gr keju cheddar parut

- 120ml susu cair

- 1sdt mentega

- Garam & lada bubuk

- Oregano

Step by step : 

1. Rebus macaroni sampai matang. Biasanya aku tambahi sedikit minyak sayur & garam.

2. Panaskan mentega di frypan dengan api kecil. Tuangkan susu cair. Masukkan garam & lada bubuk secukupnya (sak iprit). Aduk terus.

 3. Masukkan keju parut. Aduk lagi. Kalo dirasa kurang 'ngeju' bisa ditambahkan lagi. Kalo pengen sausnya banyak bisa ditambahkan susunya juga.

4. Jika terasa masih cair bisa ditambahkan sedikit tepung. Setelah agak mengental masukkan oregano sedikit aja, kalo ga punya ga pake juga ga apa-apa. Aduk lagi.

5. Setelah mengental, matikan api. Tuangkan saus cream cheese ke semangkok macaroni matang. Hiasi dengan taburan keju parut dan oregano. Finish !

Sebenarnya kusarankan pake oregano karena mempertajam cita rasanya. Oya, aku biasanya juga pake saos sambal biar lebih greget :D

Spaghetti Creamy Chicken, Fettucinni ala Carbonara, Lasagna Verde

Out of three I liked the Spaghetti Creamy Chicken better, but the most I recommended is American Chocolate Cake ! So delicious~ :9

[Culinary] Pasta Banget

Some times ago me and the gangs *lol* went to Pasta Banget -a restaurant that specialize in pasta- at Jln Munggur no.44 Yogyakarta. They have various kinds of menu. For pasta you can choose spaghetti, fetucinni or penne .

We ordered Fetucinni Carbonara, Spaghetti Rich Cheese, Fetucinni Beef Ragout, Penne Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Bombasteak, Roast Chicken Spinachy, Broccoli Cheese Waffle Potato, etc .

 The conclusion is cozy place and delicious food, I recommend it if you`re a pasta lover :)
...ah fyi, they open every day from 5pm till 11pm .

Eating around.. .

Yeah, instead of `hanging around` I put `eating around` lol~ Just like the title said, this is just about eat, eat and eat at any place ! :D

First, I went to Pizza Hut. In there I order Pepperoni Cheese Rolls as I already craved it for quite some times. Pepperoni Cheese Rolls is pizza dough stuffed with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and sprinkled with a flavorful blend of Italian seasonings. I highly recommended it if you are a cheeselover.

Before going home I bought 1 litre hand packed of Baskin Robbins` ice cream. I picked Pistachio Almond *my fave*, Mint Chocolate Chip and Gold Medal Ribbon. Because atm was the end of the month so the Special Promo (50% off) applies with Mega credit card :) 

Last, while waiting for pickup I went to Artemy Italy`s Coffee Brewing Style in Malioboro and bought Flavoured Coffee Latte with hazelnut syrup. The sweetness of the syrup mixed well with the bitterness of the coffee. It`s good and I like it !

[Snack] Keripik Pedas Mang Lada

Sampeyan pecinta makanan pedas ? Naah..sampeyan belom gaul kalo belom pernah nyobain Keripik Pedas Mang Lada. Snack cemal-cemil yang aslinya dari Bandung ini udah melanglang buana, khususnya di kota saya ;))

Keripik Mang Lada yang original terdiri dari 7 level; 0-5 en level * (bintang) yang paling huhaah. Kalo sekarang udah banyak macemnya, mulai dari Makaroni Pedas, Makaroni Pisang, Bakso Goreng, Ori Keju Pedas en Keripik Kentang Pedas. Kalo untuk pribadi en nyemil aku paling cocok sama ori level 3 or 4 :)

Alasan saya lebih menyukai Mang Lada daripada keripik-keripik pedas lainnya karena keripiknya ga ada yang keras alias renyah, pedesnya cocok di lidah saya dan yang pasti harganya terjangkau. 

Untuk yang tinggal di kota Yogya en pengen nyobain bisa order di Ciko Bite Shop or ngetwit ke Mang Lada Jogja. Untuk yang di kota laen bisa coba hubungi ke Mang Lada aja :)

Finally, last Monday me and the gang went to Mr.Pancake at Amplaz. We order Blueberry Heaven, Chocoholic Lovers, Coffee Cream Cookies, Pancake Platter, Tiramisu Pancake and Cheese Meat Beef Lover. We didn`t order any drinks because it is too pricey ^^;;

My personal favorite is Cheese Meat Beef Lover (3rd plate in the picture); original pancake served with home made cheese sauce, smoked beef, chop parsley, and shredded lettuce.

Next destination is.. Happy Puppy Family Karaoke at Jogjatronik. We didn`t take any picture but we filming our actions when we sing ! We sing nonsense songs and do crazy things, so damn epic fail ! ROFL~ xD

..and last, we stopped for dinner after spending a lot of energy at Happy Puppy :D
